Senior RECRUITING program
Welcome to the recruitment program for Anomaly 13. We are looking for recruiters to help promote senior portraits for Anomaly 13. Recruiters should be able to promote photo sessions by Anomaly 13 to generate interest.
What is the “recruitment program?”
The recruitment program is a way of thanking those that help promote Anomaly 13’s senior photo sessions. Successful recruiters will receive referral fees as a thank you per successful graduation sessions due to their influence or input.
How does it work?
A recruiter will inform a senior or even family member of a senior that would want that person to get photos done. Then information about how to contact the photographer is given, and you inform them to let the photographer know that they were referred by you. Once the senior has completed their session, you may contact the photographer to confirm, unless the photographer contacts you first. A referral fee will follow shortly. The more you are able to do this, the more you can make.
Target audience?
The intended targets for senior sessions are graduating seniors in high school, college, and even elementary schools that will be having graduation ceremonies.
Your first idea may be to ask a few of your friends. However, you do not have to be limited to just asking your friends. For best results, you may think outside of the box by asking others in your class, family members, and students at other schools that you may know.
Who can be a recruiter?
Anyone can be a recruiter. You can be a student, parent, or someone that happens to want to help out and make a little money on the side. All you need is to be able to successfully, refer seniors to Anomaly 13 for senior photo sessions.
